Better off to avoid these…

I love this article. I often explain to people why being a vegetarian or vegan for me does NOT mean ‘soy’. Or why heating your olive oil basically kills anything good it can do for you when fresh, and actually it can be carcinogenic. And Subway, healthy??? Come on! This is a great little piece on how we can be deceived by ‘marketers’…Please read!

    One of the last things I do berofe going to bed at night is plan the next day. I look at my work calendar for all my appointments, and schedule in when I’m going to fit the training in (berofe work, at lunch or evening). Once I’ve penciled in an early morning workout, it’s a lot easier for me to drag my butt out of bed. We have a young family too, so time is very precious. If I have an hour to work out and that’s it, I’m going to do it because I know I’ll never be able to make it up later in the day.
