Creamy Cucumber Green Tea Soup

Simple, quick & nutritious!

Here is a very tasty, all organic, cell-loving soup.

This recipe makes one serving

Using a blender* mix the following ingredients together:

  • 1/3 Avocado
  • 1/2 Lemon squeezed
  • 1/2 large Cucumber
  • 5 ounces of prepared Green Tea
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil (blend in last)
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • A dash of Cayenne Pepper
  • A pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Garnish with Parsley
  • (optional add-in) 5-10 drops of Marine Phytoplakton
  • (optional add-in) 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds for added protein
