Drinking Green Juice

Three green drinks to get you going. If you are reading this then are seeking more recipes or are curious about the “Green Juice” everyone is talking about including myself.  Green juice is a great way to boost your nutritional intact in a speedy and well tasty way.

At first green juice may be strong for your taste buds, but after they get used to the idea you will find that there are a variety of great green juice options available for daily intake.  We do not recommend that you juice banana or avocados  Plus always remember to take off the peels, and rinds from your vegetables and fruits.

To get started give these three a try;

Happy Green Juice

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

  • 2 pears

  • 1/3 cantaloupe

  • 6-8 kale leaves

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1 inch of ginger

 Drink Your Produce Green Juice

  • 4 carrots

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1-2 cups of spinach

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 gala or pink lady apple

  • 1 pear

 Green Lemonade

  • 3 cups of spinach

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 pear

  • 1 gala apple
