    Did the work out today Benny! It was great, really hard, sweated like mad, but it was killer good. The prison sit ups, are you insane? Couldn’t get through them all, but tried my best. Love the yoga bursts. Anyway, felt super energetic afterwards, went for an hour long swim! Fun to work out with a friend, even if I did curse you a few times! Can’t wait for next vid.
