Why I Love Yoga

There has been times over the years when people have asked me about Yoga and why I love it so much. It has always been simple for me, an easy progression from day one to a better healthier and happier self in every step.

1. It makes me feel calm and focused.
2. I feel stronger all the time. I even impress myself.
3. Me-Time!! No thinking zone, I get to spend time on me.
4. My body loves it the most, I am agile, flexible, and strong.

Now imagine if a daily exercise could do just those 4 things how different your life could be. I know not everyone’s reasons are the same, and we would never want them to be. It’s just that I have never ever heard anyone say “Oh, I hated that Yoga class, I feel horrible”, and I know why. Cause it’s amazing!
