SUP Yoga

So after some serious practice, I have started to offer SUP Yoga in Cannes. It has been an amazing experience and I am definitely working a whole bunch of new muscle groups while trying to stay afloat on the board. If you are looking for a new and unique way to workout while soaking up some sun, I highly recommend trying some SUP Yoga!!
